What will it cost NOT to have our Breakdown Cover?
The Home Office statutory charge to recover any vehicle from the public highway in the
event of breakdown or accident is from £105 in England and Wales, and £150 in Scotland,
plus £12 per night storage. This could be higher, if you arrange for your own recovery.

What to do in the event of a Breakdown
- Contact The Rescue Control Centre on the emergency number provided, quoting "IC BREAKDOWN".
- Provide your name, address and document number.
Provide the telephone number that you are calling from.
- Provide the location of the vehicle, including road numbers, names or landmarks.
- Provide the registration number, make & model of your vehicle.
- Always remain with your vehicle until the rescue vehicle arrives.
- Keep all vouchers, invoices and receipts relevant to your claim.
